Aim & Scope
Computational Structural Engineering Institute of Korea (COSEIK) was founded in 1988 and has been contributing to the advancement of the science and technology of computational structural engineering in the fields of civil, architectural, mechanical, aerospace, and ocean engineering. The Journal of the Computational Structural Engineering Institute of Korea (J. Comput. Struct. Eng. Inst. Korea) is devoted to the advancement of the science and technology of computational structural engineering through the dissemination of original archival research papers disclosing new theoretical developments and/or experimental results. Abbreviated title is J. Comput. Struct. Eng. Inst. Korea and indexed in the Korea Citation Index (KCI). This Journal is published bimonthly by COSEIK. The topics include structural mechanics, structural design, structural analysis including continuum mechanics, nano mechanics, fatigue/fracture/buckling, composite materials, nano/smart materials, dynamics, kinematics, vibration/noise, design optimization, design methodologies, computer-aided design (CAD), analytical methodologies, finite/boundary element analysis, reliability analysis, multi-physics analysis, parallel computation, aeroacoustics, computer-aided engineering (CAE). Papers are also reviewed in an intensive manner as the results of recent research developments on any of the topics listed above.
