The purpose of this study was to positive psychological capital on the Communication competence and Job Satisfaction, of Geriatric hospital Nurses. Data were collected using questionnaires from 255 Geriatric hospital Nurses located in G Metropolitan City with over one year career experiences. The collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, pearson's correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression using IBM SPSS 23.0 program. The mean scores for the positive psychological capital(3.23±.49), Communication competence(3.56±.47) and job satisfactions (2.88±.55). Second, positive psychological capital positive mentality has positive correlations with communication capital and job satisfaction. Third, Optimism have statistical significance on communication competence in 33% level. Hope has positive correlations with job satisfaction in 6% of an explanatory power. As a conclusion, it is necessary to lower the turnover rate of nursing homes for the elderly and increase the job satisfaction effect, many factors related to positive psychological capital are continuously found in order to solve the nursing workforce of geriatric nursing hospitals.

The kindergarten teachers play a role in closely babysitting infants, teachers' high empathy helps respect infants' emotions and opinions, and leads to positive relationships, ultimately improving their job satisfaction and confidence, but lack specific research results. As a result, this study sought to find out how the empathy of kindergarten teachers affects job stress through positive psychological capital, and to find ways to increase positive psychological capital and empathy. To achieve this, the research method identified the causal relationship of each variable based on the results of the survey of 212 kindergarten teachers in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. According to the study, first, among the empathy abilities of kindergarten teachers, emotional empathy has a positive impact on all factors of positive psychological capital. Second, cognitive empathy among empathy abilities has a positive impact on all factors of positive psychological capital. Third, looking at the overall positive psychological capital of kindergarten teachers and the effects of job stress showed that it negatively affects self-efficacy and resilience.

This study aimed to investigate the relationship among positive psychology capital, social support and emotion regulation ability of nursing college students and to examine the effect of social support and emotion regulation ability on positive psychology capital. 157 nursing college students were participated in the study. Data were collected by structured questionnaire and analyzed by SPSS / Win 21.0 program. The results showed that the level of positive psychology capital among nursing college students was above middle level(3.68/5), and there was a significant positive correlation among positive psychology capital and social support and emotional regulation ability. The results showed that factors affecting positive psychological capital were gender (${\beta}=-.11$), teaching relationship (${\beta}=.16$), evaluation support (${\beta}=.40$) and self emotion regulation (${\beta}=.39$). The overall explanatory power of the model was 68%, and by emotional self control of the emotion regulation ability explanatory power of the positive psychological capital was 9%. In order to enhance positive psychology capital of nursing college students, it is an effective strategy to develop and provide an emotional regulation program.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among positive psychological capital, teacher professionalism, and passion for teaching of pre-service early childhood teachers. Specifically, this study investigated the mediating effect of passion for teaching on the relationship between positive psychological capital and teaching professionalism of pre-service early childhood teachers. The study participants were 198 pre-service early childhood teachers. Questionnaire were used to collect data. Data were analyzed using descriptive statics, Pearson correlation, multiple regression, and Sobel test for mediating effect. The results of the study were as follows: First, it was found that pre-service early childhood teachers had relatively high level of positive psychological capital, teacher professionalism, and passion for teaching. Second, there was a significant positive correlation between positive psychological capital, teacher professionalism, and passion for teaching of pre-service early childhood teachers. Third, the mediation effect of passion for teaching of per-service early childhood teachers between positive psychological capital and teacher professionalism was found to be partially significant. This result implies that positive psychological capitals and passion for teaching are to be effective to improve teaching professionalism of per-service early childhood teachers. The results of this study provides basic data on an early childhood teacher training program in improving teaching professionalism.

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the causal relationship between positive emotions, positive psychological capital, and organizational identification, and to examine the double mediating effect. In this study, 369 social workers in 10 social welfare facilities in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province were sampled. The results of this study show that compassion experienced by the social workers has a positive effect on positive emotion and organizational identification, and positive psychological capital has a significant effect on the organization identification. In addition, double mediating effect of positive emotion and positive psychological capital were also shown to be significant in the relationship between compassion and organizational identification. Therefore, this study has the theoretical implication that double mediating effect of positive emotion and positive psychological capital are demonstrated in the relationship between compassion and organization identification. In future research, sample collection should be done for the generalization of the sample, and the mediating effect of positive organizational identity should also be performed.

최근 몇 년간 COVID19로 인한 팬데믹 상황과 전세계적으로 유례없는 인플레이션을 겪으면서 각종 산업 분야의 경기 불황으로 어려움을 겪고 있다. 미용 산업 분야도 예외가 아니다. 그 중에서도 특히 피부미용 업종은 실물 경기의 영향에 민감하게 반응하는 서비스산업 분야다. 고객을 직접 만나야만 이루어지는 피부미용업은 COVID19가 가져온 비대면 사회화 과정에 대책없이 충격을 받은 산업 분야라고 볼 수 있다. 불황 속에서도 산업이 성장하려면 지속적인 성장 강화 교육과 제도적 차원이 지원이 필요하다. 피부미용업 분야로 진출하는 여성의 대부분 생계를 위한 목적을 가지고 있지만 실제로 성공한 사례들은 보면 내재된 기업가 정신들을 함유하고 있을 것으로 보고 이에 대한 분석과 긍정심리자본 요소가 창업 성과를 높이고 지속할 수 있는지 알아보고 부족하다면 구성원들의 학습역량을 높이기 위한 다양한 노력이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 피부미용업 창업자에게 기업가 정신이 미치는 영향을 파악해보고 긍정심리자본 요소가 창업성과에 미치는 영향이 어느 정도 되는지 파악하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구대상의 피부미용업에 종사하는 창업자들로 기업가정신이 기업가정신이 긍정심리자본을 조절변수로 두었을 때 창업 성과에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 인과적 경로를 검증하고 이를 통한 피부미용업의 창업자들에게 창업과 성장을 위해서 필요한 교육이나 준비사항을 제안하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influences of parent-adolescent communication, positive psychological capital on the psychological well-being of adolescents. The data were collected from 234 middle school students living in G city. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation analyses and hierarchical regression analyses. Results of the study are summarized as follows. Fisrt, parent-adolescent communication and positive psychological capital showed positive correlations with the adolescents' psychological well-being. Second, parent-adolescent communication and positive psychological capital effect on psychological well-being. Third, in terms of individual factors, resilience had the greatest effect on psychological well-being, followed by hope, open communication with a mother, open communication with a father, optimism, in that order. The result for the effects of parent-adolescent open communication and positive psychological capital on adolescent's psychological well-being highlights the important roles played by the parent-adolescent communication of environment variable, positive psychological capital of psychological variable in improving and adolescent's psychological well-being. This study contributes to the literature by proving fundamental insights into an adolescent's psychological well-being and happy life.

The role of positive psychological capital of an organizational member on organization effectiveness has received serious attention from researchers. However, the previous research has focused mainly on the direct effect of positive psychological capital on organization effectiveness, not paying enough attention on a mediating or a moderating role in their relationship. The purpose of this study is to finding out relationship between employees' positive psychological capital and job satisfaction, organizational commitment and the mediating role of positive emotion. Based on advanced literature, we regard positive psychological capital as four factors, self-efficacy, hope, optimism and resilience. We tested the proposed relationships using date from 350 employees in Chinese firms. The main finding are as follows: First, self-efficacy, hope, optimism, resilience has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction and positive emotion. Secondly, self-efficacy, hope, optimism, resilience influence directly and indirectly on organizational commitment, job satisfaction. Positive affect plays a mediating role between variables.

This purpose of this study was to examine relationships among empowerment, academic resilience and positive psychological capital and identify the factors that influence on positive psychological capital in the nursing students. The data were collected from 200 nursing students in the three colleges located Y and S city and 20 April 2019 to 10 May 2019. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, T-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression using SPSS/WIN 20.0. program. Positive psychological capital in nursing students was significantly correlated with empowerment(r=.610, p<.001) and academic resilience(r=669, p<.001). The result of the multiple regression indicates the academic resilience predict 58.7%(F=19.47, p<.001) of positive psychological capital. Therefore, it is necessary to develop academic resilience increase education program for strategy positive psychological capital in nursing students.

The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of Grit and Positive Psychological Capital on the Career Preparation behavior of Nursing College Students in the convergence society. Data collection was conducted from May 20, 2019 to June 07, 2019 for 220 students of the Department of Nursing in City D. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, Multiple regression. It was found that: nursing students showed higher career preparation behavior in case of higher level of positive psychological capital. Factors influencing Career Preparation behavior were positive psychological capita, Major satisfaction, Subjective academic achievement, Religion, and explained 32% of Career Preparation behavior and grit did not significantly affect career preparation behavior. It is necessary to active support such as psychological and emotional programs to strengthen the positive psychological capital of nursing students.
