Ever more so than any other times, today's corporations today face an ultimate issue of acquiring highest work expertise for their employees. However, most of current academic researches try to focus on what factors comprise an expertise while they fail to tackle the very issue of detailed numerical measurement of the expertise factors recommended improvement paths, and goals for each measured expertise level. Hence, this study suggests more objective and highly reliable identification of work competence measurement factors and the correlation among the identified factors. For details, it tries to propose a methodology of expertise measurement by developing into the definition of experts and expertise, reestablishment of expertise factors, determination of reference points of the expertise factors, and weighting of the factors. This measurement methodology finds that it itself has significant correlation with existing work competency level measurement and test tools. Therefore it is identified to justify its effectiveness. Finally, this study proposes an action point of establishing a national expertise architecture and its frameworks for various societies in general.

본 연구의 목적은 한국과 미국에서의 초임 과학 교사 전문성 발달에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인을 비교? 분석하는 것이다. 참여교사는 한국 수도권 지역과 미국 중서부지역에서의 초임 과학 중등교사 각각 네 명이다. 자료는 수업관찰 및 녹화, 반구조화된 면담을 통해 수집하였으며, 수업맥락을 이해하기 위한 수업관련 자료와 학생 활동 자료도 같이 수집하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공통적으로 전문성 발달에 영향을 미치는 요인은 추구하는 교사상과 평가, 시험대비와 같은 학교 맥락이었다. 또한 한국 초임 교사들에게는 과학교과서와 행정적인 업무와 같은 맥락적인 요인이 전문성 발달에 영향을 미친 반면, 미국 초임교사들은 교생실습에서의 멘터 교사의 영향을 많이 받았다. 둘째, 참여교사들이 공통적으로 느낀 어려움이나 관심은 수업 관리와 교과 내용지식을 넓히는 것이었다. 셋째, 모든 참여교사들은 전문성 발달을 위해 많은 노력을 하고 있었으며, 추구하는 교사상이 현재와 미래의 교수실천에 중요한 역할을 하고 있었다. 넷째, 미국 참여교사들은 교생실습 때의 멘터 교사에 크게 영향을 받는 반면, 한국 참여교사들은 멘터 교사보다는 다른 여러 가지 요인들에 의해 영향을 받은 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구에서는 교사의 전문성 영역의 한 부분인 학생 평가 전문성을 교사 스스로 진단해 보고 진단 결과에 대해 적절한 처방을 제공받을 수 있는 교사의 학생 평가 전문성 자기진단 프로그램을 개발하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 선행 연구와 문헌 조사를 통해 교사의 학생 평가 전문성을 구성하는 요인을 규명하고 이를 범주화하여 학생 평가 전문성 진단 도구를 구안하였다. 교사의 학생평가 전문성 구성 요인은 1990년에 미국의 AFT(American Federation of Teacher), NEA(National Education Association), NCME(National Council on Measurement in Education)가 공동으로 발표한 ‘학생 평가를 위한 교사의 평가전문성 기준(Standards for teacher competence in Educational Assessment of Student)’ 7가지를 연구자가 진단 도구 개발에 적합하도록 ${\circled1}$평가 방법의 선정, ${\circled2}$평가 도구의 개발, ${\circled3}$평가 실시?채점 및 성적 부여, ${\circled4}$평가 결과의 해석?분석?활용?의사소통의 4개 영역으로 재구성하였다. 진단도구를 개발하는데 있어서는 전문성 구성 요인별로 설문 형식의 질문에 답하고 이를 종합하여 점수를 매기는 방식보다는 구체적인 상황과 사례를 제시하고 이에 대해 평가를 해보게 하는 방식을 이용하여 평가 능력을 실질적으로 진단할 수 있게 하는데 초점을 맞추었다. 개발된 프로그램은 교사가 외부로부터 평가 받는데 소극적인 점을 감안하여 교사 스스로 자기를 진단할 수 있는 도구를 제공하고자 했으며, 진단 도구를 통해 밝혀진 결과에 대해 처방이나 안내를 함께 제공하여 교사가 자신의 평가 전문성을 제고하는데 보다 적극적으로 나설 수 있도록 도울 수 있는 프로그램으로 개발하려 하였다. 또한 이 프로그램을 교사가 활용하는 과정에 대한 조사 연구를 통해 궁극적으로는 교사의 학생 평가 전문성 신장을 위해 필요한 외부 지원이 무엇인지 추출하고 이러한 지원 체계와 교사가 능동적으로 이어질 수 있는 방안을 모색해 보고자 한다.

As information dysfunctional phenomenon is causing a lot of social problems, the need and accountability about information ethics education at school have been strengthened. However, as the current school information ethics education is limited in some areas across curriculum and was carried out voluntarily based on the situation of school and teacher's discretion, the information ethics education was highly dependent on awareness and capabilities of teacher. In this study, once factors of professionalism of teachers responsible for information ethics reflecting the characteristics of information ethics education were derived from general teacher's professionalism, Delphi survey was conducted three times with targets of 32 experts. As a result, 10 elements of knowledge, 11 elements of performance-ability and 7 elements of personality-related were selected as professionalism of teachers responsible for information ethics.

It has been said that the level of teacher professionalism determines the quality of education. The same notion allies for gifted education. Therefore, exploration of teacher professionalism in gifted education may provide fundamental bases for raising the quality of gifted education. In this study, first, literature review was conducted to extract elements of teacher professionalism in gifted education and a survey instrument was developed to find out categories of those elements and differences of teacher perception to professionalism at school levels and subject areas of gifted education. Research subjects included 212 teachers who participated in 2005 KEDI teacher training program of gifted education, 60 hour-clock introductory program and 232 teachers who participated in 2005 KEDI teacher training program of gifted education, 120 hour-clock enrichment program. It was found that elements of teacher professionalism in gifted education were categorized into knowledge-based, abilitybased and context-based. It was also found that secondary school teachers' perception to knowledge-based professionalism was significantly higher than those at elementary and science teachers' perception to ability-based and context-based professionalism was significantly higher than mathematics teachers. The research findings may provide insights for better teacher training program in gifted education as well as gifted education policies.

This paper aims to identify factors to elevate the effectiveness of a high school mathematics teacher's training program focused on the construction of test items, and to make a blueprint for the training program development of high school mathematics teachers. This study created and executed a teacher's training program, and then twice applied focus group interviews with the teachers who participated in the program. As a result, this study identifies four factors that elevate the effectiveness of a high school mathematics teacher's training program focused on the construction of test items: the structure of the training program that allows teachers to concentrate on constructing test items, the recognition and revision of their habits related to the construction of test items, the formation of a consensus among the participants, and self-reflection on the teachers' specialties in the construction of the test items.

This study aims to examine the relationship between the expertise of track and field coaches, the team atmosphere, and athletic satisfaction in elite sports. To achieve this research purpose, data were collected using questionnaires from 221 student athletes from junior high to university students registered with the Korea Association of Athletics Federation in 2021 and collected using Google online questionnaires in consideration of the pandemic situation. For data processing, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed using the statistical program SPSS 22.0, and the following conclusions were drawn. First, it was found that the expertise of the athletics coaches had a positive (+) effect on the team atmosphere. Second, among the sub-factors of athletics coach expertise, only athlete management was found to have a negative (-) effect on daily life satisfaction, a sub-factor of athletic satisfaction. Third, it was found that among the sub-factors of the team atmosphere, only role characteristics and leader characteristics had a positive (+) effect on social approval satisfaction, a sub-factor of athletic satisfaction.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate relationship between teacher's emotional intelligence, consciousness of professionalism, and strategies of problem behavior guidance of early childhood. Methods: The subjects in this study were 237 childcare center teachers in Seoul and Gyoungi Province in South Korea. Three different inventories were utilized. As for data analysis, the frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and Multiple Regressions were conducted through SPSS 21.0 program. Results: The findings of the study were discussed as follows. First, emotional intelligence of teacher had the relationship with strategies of problem behavior guidance of early childhood. Second, consciousness of professionalism of teacher had the relationship with strategies of problem behavior guidance of early childhood. Conclusion/Implications: First, The findings showed that as teachers had the high level of ability in recognizing and expressing their emotion preciously, so the elements triggering the situation of problem were identified and captured, and the ability of use of preventive strategies in advance increased. 본 연구는 창업성공과 투자회수에 대한 결정요인을 탐색적으로 살펴보았다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 120개의 소자본 자영업 창업업체를 대상으로 연구 자료를 수집하여 실증적 분석을 하였다. 본 연구는 창업성공과 투자회수의 결정요인으로서 창업유형(전문창업 또는 모방 창업), 창업자의 개인특성(연령, 전문성), 사업특성(상권위치, 창업규모, 가족경영)을 선정하여 그 영향을 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전문창업이 창업성공과 투자회수에 대하여 긍정적 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 창업자의 개인특성에 있어서 창업자의 연령은 투자회수에 긍정적 영향이 있었으며, 창업자의 전문성은 창업성공에 긍정적 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사업상의 특성에 있어서 가족경영은 창업성공에 있어서 긍정적 영향이 있는 반면에 투자회수에 있어서는 부정적 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 창업규모는 투자회수에 부정적 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 연구결과의 이론적 논리적 시사점에 대하여 논의하였다.

This study was conducted to determine the effect on the satisfaction of pet hospital. For this research, the study was conducted on customers who raise dogs and cats nationwide and use pet hospital. Specialties, human factors, efficiency, physical factors, and pet satisfaction were derived from factors that affect pet hospital use satisfaction. Human factors included three factors as veterinarian, staff, and pet hairdressers, and regression analysis was performed. Research shows that professional, efficiency, and physical factors have a positive (+) effect on user satisfaction, veterinarians and staff, which are detailed factors of human factors, have a positive (+) effect on user satisfaction, and pet hairdressers do not. Overall, it was analyzed that it affects the satisfaction of use in the order of efficiency, professionalism, staff, veterinarian, pet satisfaction, and physical factors. This study is meaningful in that it divided human factors into occupational groups and developed and analyzed pet satisfaction factors as factors that affect pet hospital use satisfaction, and it is expected that pet hospital can help establish strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
