The Korea Maritime Safety Tribunal is an institution that investigates marine accidents in accordance with the maritime safety adjudication procedure when marine accidents occur. It requires its investigators to be capable in specializing in marine accidents, including possessing the following: a level 2 or higher maritime license, experience on boarding, and specialized knowledge on ships. It also requires separate training for technical competency related to maritime accident investigations. However, the current education for marine accident investigators mainly consists of administrative tasks, which is not suitable to improving the investigator's technological competency, making its development urgent. This study aims to design training contents for marine accident investigators to strengthen their technical competence. To this end, we analyzed the contents of current investigator training, and reviewed the relevant laws and regulations, and training contents of investigators in advanced maritime countries and similar transportation institutions in Korea. According to the results, the training contents were designed to focus on strengthening technical competency, and proposed as a five-day course for basic and professional training. Based on the designed training contents, if in-depth research is conducted by sufficiently reflecting the working conditions of marine accident investigators in Korea, it will greatly help in improving the investigators' skills.

This article starts with a review of the organization characteristics and corporate education training program, especially in relation to the cyber education. In particular, we empirically analyzed the factors affecting the characteristics of education program (e.g., relatedness of the program contents, method of education and instructor's ability) and the organization characters (e.g., support of manager and coworker, education culture). Hence the main purpose of this article is to suggest an empirical model explaining how these factors affect the transfer of training and enterprise revitalization. Furthermore, we suggested an expanded model about cyber education training program, transfer of training, and corporate's facilitation. We founded that the contents and method of education significantly affect the transfer of training, while instructor's ability does not significantly affect. Supports from manager and coworkers, education culture, and transfer of training also affect the enteprize revitalization.

Training Curriculum Integrated Information Network is allowed to searching the all curriculums and courses related with training but also is a one stop handling integrated learning system to cover a course registration, learning and analysis of learning performance. Through developing and managing the Training Curriculum Integrated Information Network, it is available to get the various curriculum thus it is for trainers able to enforce the self oriented course choice and then high quality of training could be proposed by the diverse training curriculums and competitions. To manage Training Curriculum Integrated Information Network more effectively, active public relations marketing activities, high reliable correct information service and rich contents are required. It is essential to manage the learner and learning contents supplier, stable financial resources, personal security issue and protecting a copyright of training curriculum to be a successful network system.

The present study purposed to analyze factors affecting the effect of cyber education and training in local civil servants focused on the perception of civil servants in Chungcheongnam-do, and to make suggestions for improving cyber education and training for local civil servants. According to the results of analysis in this study, many of the respondents replied that the effect of cyber education was moderate in general (3.0726 on the average). In addition, the effect of cyber education was significantly different according to age and position. That is, the older civil servants were and the higher their position was, the more highly they perceived the effect of cyber education and training. In addition, the result of cyber education and training was affected most by the community of teachers and learners, and next by the contents of education. In order to improve the effect of cyber education, most of all, the contents of education should be diversified, and furthermore, it is keenly required to expand accessibility to cyber education and to deploy personnel exclusive for cyber education.

This study shows the current management status and the results of B University's multicultural creative-HR team's voice training supporters' preparation course that is part of the local funding project at the university. For this, the concept of voice training and educational contents of the multicultural members are first extracted from several documents. Then, a description of the management case of B University's voice training supporters' education course is given regarding the goals, operator of management, propulsion progress, and contents of previous education. For analyzing the management results of this work, in-depth interviews with the supporters and a half-structured survey are conducted with the voice academy main instructors. Moreover, reports of the work results, work journals of supporters and etc. are used for analyzing the results. According to the results of this analysis, the aspect of education, previous education contents, and teaching practicum are not organically connected. A more detailed curriculum about the comprehension ability of practical affairs is needed for managing a classroom. In aspect of management, the preparatory stage of voice training course and the practice stage were not linked, and thus, more cooperation is required with the main instructors. Although the results are limited, the voice training of the supporters' training course has its implications. First, the education of Korean pronunciation and intonation are provided for the supporters, thereby being able to facilitate learner-centered education. Second, it demonstrates in an empirical case that a class can be administered by specializing in Korean pronunciation and intonation. At last, it can provide a chance to practice teaching and offer field experience for students who have a Korean education major.

Until now, many Computer Aided Education(CAE) contents are developed for kids and children with disabilities The contents cover various types of training, including visual perception training, intelligence development training, and literature education areas. Major problems on those contents are those contents requires long training time on desktop machine, which deteriorates human activities. These problems also cause inaction syndrome for young kids and children with disabilities. Solving this problem, we require a human motion sensing contents on touch screen or touch board, which interacts with a trainees and enhancing activity, collaboration and immersiveness. We implement and develope an education contents interacts with a trainee using beam projector or screen and IR(Infra-Red) pens using wiimote controller sensing technology.

As the IT technology evolves, virtual reality technology has been developed so fast. Studies of virtual reality technology in various fields have been conducted. There are lots of applications of virtual reality such as education, military, medical, arts, entertainment, and so on. In this research, we applied virtual reality technology to the technical education, and developed various kinds of educational contents using virtual reality. We classified virtual contents into several categories and analyzed the properties and effects, and verified the educational effects of virtual training through the case analysis.

Recently, the increase in the elderly population due to an aging society has led to a relative increase in senile diseases such as vascular dementia or Alzheimer's disease, and the social burden for rehabilitation has increased. In addition, studies have been conducted for the risk assessment and prevention of musculoskeletal disorders. The purpose of this study is to suggest a system that can be used to help with dementia prevention training by tracking the movement of motion and virtual reality contents for the risk factors of musculoskeletal disorders of the elderly. We propose a training method for preventing dementia through musculoskeletal motion analysis algorithm and virtual reality content. Through motion recognition algorithm based on motion region design, we will track and analyze the moving radius of the target joint. The purpose of this study is to calculate and evaluate scores based on the time to accomplish the goals on virtual reality contents for the prevention of musculoskeletal disorders and the support of dementia prevention training, and the degree of difficulty, and to analyze the correlation between the results of performing K-MMSE and VR contents.
