Purpose: Rehabilitation nursing requires an interdisciplinary comprehensive team approach that allows for enough time to promote patients' functional recovery. We identified the effects of a nurse-led rehabilitation intervention program on subacute stroke patients' activities of daily living, anger, and muscle strength, as well as their chief caregivers' satisfaction. Methods: Intervention group participants (n = 20) completed a rehabilitation intervention program, which integrated physical activities with psychological and social approaches. Results: The program did not significantly improve patients' activities of daily living or anger management; however, it significantly affected both anger-in (t = 3.384, p = .002) and anger-out (t = 2.167, p = .037) attitudes. Caregivers' satisfaction among the intervention group (t = 6.935, p < .001) decreased more significantly than that of the comparison group (t = 0.224, p = .825). Conclusion: Rehabilitation intervention program should enlist nurses' participation and promote a team-based approach during the rehabilitation program. Further, patients and their caregivers should be encouraged to express their emotions during counseling.

This study is intended to look into the effects of depression and stress on college life adjustment of ophthalmic optics students. To achieve this, a survey was empirically carried out to 142 male and female students majoring in ophthalmic optics at colleges in Gangwon-do. The findings are as follows: Depression had a significant effect on academic adjustment and social adjustment, but no significant effect on emotional adjustment and college satisfaction. Stress also had a significant effect on academic adjustment, but no significant effect on social adjustment, emotional adjustment and college satisfaction. The above results showed that depression and stress were major factors affecting academic and social adjustments, and academic adjustment, respectively. Which means that depression restricted the activities of academic adjustment and social adjustment, and did not have a close relationship with psychological mechanisms - emotional adjustment and college life satisfaction. Stress also had a significant effect on academic adjustment, but did not have a direct relationship with social adjustment, emotional adjustment and college satisfaction.

This study was a quasi-experimental study with a single group pre-posttest design for evaluating the effects and meanings of a global health training program for nursing students. A mixed data collection method utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods was applied. The qualitative method consisted of reflection journal entry analysis, while the quantitative study evaluated data collected from a self-reported questionnaire. After attending the program, cultural competencies of participants significantly increased than pre-test while global citizenship was not. Through an analysis of reflection journals written during the overseas training period, the meanings of experiences derived after the program were classified into five themes and 12 sub themes, which were, 'improvement of global health leadership', 'experience of barriers in reality', 'improvement of nursing professional value', 'inspiration of a perspective on health equity', and 'internal growth'. The results indicate that global health training program evaluated in this study was meaningful; it provided students with opportunities to experience the nurse's role in diverse global environments and attempted to measure the effects. -
The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of visual programs on job stress and burnout in emergency room nurses. This study used a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. There were 26 participants in the experimental group and 27 in the control group. Data collection took place from December 12, 2017 to February 17, 2018. The program comprised eight weekly 120-minutes sessions, which included understanding and assessing job stress and burnout. Data were analyzed using the Chi-square test, paired t-test, and independent t-test. As a result, levels of job stress (t=-20.09, p<.001) and burnout (t=-22.31, p<.001) decreased significantly in the experimental group. The results suggest that the Visual Media Program could be an effective strategy for reducing job stress and burnout. Therefore, it is deemed a useful intervention for improving the quality of nursing care provided in emergency rooms.

Indoor gardens tailored to suit individual tastes offer a place to enjoy plants and to relax to city dwellers to relieve stress from city life. However, there are technical issues to build such indoor gardens. To offer solutions to technical issues, this study aims to analyze development phases of indoor garden-related technologies by studying available patents in detail. Also, the study aims to understand current status and future direction of technologies by examining technological trends for introduction of indoor gardens. Brainstorming method was used to understand technology trends and as a result, two groups were identified for technical features of indoor gardens: indoor greening technology and rest area for users. An analysis on selected patents showed that the number of patents increased until 2010 and declined gradually afterwards. Korea ranked the highest in the number of patents grant followed by USA, Japan and Europe. Similar order was observed with the number of patents granted by nationality of applicants. The number of patents granted by nationality was the highest for Korean nationals. For indoor greening technologies, patents related to structure from 2007 were mostly concentrated in the areas of irrigation control and environment control for plants and vegetation. For rest area related technologies, patent related to structure showed a repetitive pattern of increasing and decreasing, but overall, on downtrend. For further development and dissemination of indoor gardening technology, more R&D work is needed with focus on environmental control technology for designing suitable environment for both human and plant.

In the age of information, newly produced knowledge is mostly written in English. Therefore, there has been a strong demand for English language learning in the EFL context. However, most EFL learners possess a lack of interest and motivation in the text-based reading class. In this educational context, film is one of the most widely used materials in English reading classes considering that modern learners are predominantly familiar with various audiovisual materials. The purpose of this study is to investigate how Korean EFL learners experienced in the film-based reading class. Specifically, this study aims to analyze the EFL students' perceptions about the class and learning strategies that they used during the class. In order to comprehensively interpret the EFL learners' experiences in the classroom, a coding system consisting of five categories was developed: report, emotion, reflection, evaluation, future plans. The results of data analysis showed that the use of movies in English reading classes had positive effects on reading comprehension and inference of word meaning. The most frequently used learning strategies were affective strategies which helped them control their emotion, attitude, motivations and values, whereas memorization strategies were rarely used. In this respect, this study suggests that the use of movies in the EFL reading classroom encourage students' attention and help them obtain and activate schema which is useful in gaining a better understanding of text-based reading materials.

Recently, the United States and China have declared a 25% retaliatory tariff for the partner country products of 50 billion dollar scale. "Trade war" is getting full swing. Such conflicts between economic powers may spread to Japan like the domino phenomenon following the EU (European Union) and become bigger in the global trade war. As a result, Korea has an economic system with a high degree of external dependence, and there is an expert's analysis that it will become the largest victim of the global trade war. If the WTO Dispute Settlement Authority approves this US 301 retaliation measure in the same way as the past case (US-EU hormone-treated beef imports), the United States will not import any Chinese imported products Chinese products) can be imposed. If the US launches a special 301 or super 301, which is stronger than the regular 301, then China is very likely to enforce US retaliation against it, and the trade war between the two countries could become a reality. This phenomenon is likely to have a negative impact on Korean companies. In particular, Korea, which is highly reliant on intermediate goods exports to China, is expected to suffer a great deal of damage. Therefore, Korea needs flexible response at home and abroad, it is necessary to enhance the autonomy of companies and protect export industries. Adjusting corporate tax rate as well as domestic industry height will be one way. The long-term (21 months) trade war between the United States and China has resulted in economic uncertainty. The resulting damage must be compensated. It is necessary to prepare the compensation through the economic council between countries. In the future, the punitive damage compensation system should be introduced.

In recent years, with the development of IT technology and mobile communication, the powerful communication function of the Internet will gradually eliminate the information asymmetry between supply and demand, and the third-party review website emerges as The Times require. Dianping.com was founded in 2003. After a few years of development, it has become an independent third-party consumer review website worldwide. One of the reasons for such great success is corporate culture, which plays an important role in human resource management. The competition of enterprises is not only the competition of products and cost advantages, but also the superior enterprise culture presented to customers in the international environment. The competition between third-party review sites has been very fierce. In just a few years, many foreign third-party review websites went public and made profits, but some domestic start-ups went bankrupt due to the lack of a good business model and corporate culture. A good business model is particularly important. Taking dianping.com as the research object and combining with the business model of the company, this paper studies the unique corporate culture of dianping.com, hoping to help the company through the investigation and research of this paper, so as to improve the company in the future. And put forward a certain practical significance and value. -

In this paper, we propose two-stage multichannel architecture for oyster product management system, called cloud stage and agent stage. There are two communication channels at each stage. In cloud stage, the embedded system in the smart scale communicates with the server through two channels, Ethernet or 3G/LTE mobile communication. In agent stage, PCs and smart phones called agents communicate with the server also through Internet and 3G/LTE mobile communication. Compared with previous system in which the amount of the oyster produced in oyster workplaces could be monitored only at the console of only one oyster main server, developed system makes it possible to monitor the amount of produced oyster at several PCs (or smart phones). In addition to the amount of oysters produced at all oyster workplaces the environment of oyster workplaces such as temperature and humidity can be monitored on agents to judge the freshness. Two-stage architecture with multiple channels makes it possible to monitor the amount of oyster product and environment of the oyster workplace at any place in real time.

Since 1986, domestic sewage treatment plants have installed and operated biogas plants that produce biogas (digested gas) using food, livestock manure and sewage sludge as part of the use of alternative energy for energy independence. Despite concerns about safety accidents and risks of large-scale accidents due to the continuous expansion of biogas plants, the Ministry of Environment has managed and supervised biogas plants to be environmental plants, focusing on environmental management. There is a lack of safety awareness of workers' processes. Only recently has the process safety management (PSM) system been implemented in biogas plants, but workers' perceptions of process safety have changed. As there is a difference in the degree of safety process management and safety awareness among workers, it is necessary to establish clear and systematic safety management standards. Therefore, The purpose of this study is to examine whether the application of the plant safety management (PSM) system to biogas plants is effective for workers' safety awareness in order to ensure safe operation of biogas plants and prevent workers' safety accidents in advance.

There is a strong connection between the diet rich in antioxidants and the decreased incidence of cardiovascular and cancerous diseases. Diets that are rich in anti-oxidants particularly include fruits and vegetables containing the high amounts of vitamin A-E, carotenoids, and minerals. Different processing conditions applied for vegetables and plants results in the alteration of the nutrients present in them. Therefore the rationale of our study was to compare the antioxidant effects of different processed vegetables and plants and to see that which one of them showed best anti-oxidant activity. For this purpose, we have used acetaminophen induced oxidative stress model in mice to check the effects of processed apple, pear, carrot, cabbage, broccoli and radish. Our results have shown that the administration of these samples effectively decreased the expression of parameters related with oxidative stress like ALT, AST, catalase, superoxide dismutase, GPx and 8-OHdG. Moreover they also significantly protected the mice livers from APAP induced damage as shown by histological changes. Therefore our results have demonstrated the effects of processed fruits and vegetables in mice model of oxidative stress.

The radish skin and radish greens are an edible part of the radish. But they are removed before eating the radish and used as a byproduct or an animal feed material because of their tough and rough texture. Melanin is a pigment that gives colour to our skin. But increased production of melanin can turn into benign or malignant tumours. These days due to global warming, the amount of Ultra violet (UVB) rays has been extensively increased with sunlight. Due to this, a phenomenon called exogenous photo aging is widely observed for all skin colour and types. As a result of this phenomenon, a set of enzymes called matrix metalloproteinases (MMP's) that serves as degradation enzymes for extracellular matrix proteins mainly collagen is increased, causing depletion in collagen and resulting in early wrinkles formation. Therefore in our study we used the murine melanoma cell line B16/F10 to study the melanogenesis inhibition by Heated radish extract (HRE) in vitro and we used HRM-2 hair less mice exposed to artificial UVB for checking the efficacy of Heated radish extract in vivo. Furthermore, we prepared a 3% Heated radish extract (HRE) cream and checked its effects on human skin. Our results have clearly demonstrated that Heated radish extract (HRE) have potently suppressed the tyrosinase activity and melanin production in B16/F10 cells. It had also reduced the expression of components involved in melanin production pathway both transcriptionally and transitionally. In in vivo studies, HRE had potently suppressed the expression of MMP's and reduced the wrinkle formation and inhibited collagen degradation. Moreover, on human skin, ginseng cream increased the resilience, skin moisture and enhanced the skin tone. Therefore in light of these findings, we conclude that HRE is an excellent skin whitening and antiaging product.

The Leaders in organization play various core roles in workers' performance and organizational performance. A leader presents a vision and a direction to enable members to achieve higher performance. Especially, transformational leadership suggests members a strong vision and influences them to have identification with the organization. Based on previous researches, transformational leadership is a close connection to identification with job and organization satisfaction. This study explains the influence of the university professors' transformational leadership on students' university satisfaction and university identification. In this study, the subjects of statistical analysis are Chinese international students studying in Korea. As a result, first, professors' transformational leadership enhanced the level of students' university satisfaction. Second, university identification had a partial mediating influence on the relationship between professors' transformational leadership and students' university satisfaction. Professors' transformational leadership had an influence on the students' identification with their universities. Through this process, students become aware of identification and more satisfied with their universities. As a result of the transformational leadership of the professor, the identification and satisfaction of the international students will be improved and they will be better able to adapt to their study life and achieve high results. The purpose of this study is to emphasize the roles of transformational leadership as a necessary leadership for the successful study abroad life of Chinese students studying in Korea today.

The strength or resilience of refugees is a less emphasized area as the discourse in refugee mental health study mainly weighs on pathologizing the effects of refugee experiences. Within the lenses of strength and resilience, this study explored how refugees and asylum seekers, who experienced violence and loss, coped with trauma and hardship in their newly established lives in South Korea. In this study we analyzed survey data collected from 100 participants (55 asylum seekers and 45 refugees) through open-ended questions. We analyzed narratives for both content and form and provided evidence for factors that reflect coping strategies used by participants to overcome their life adversities. The findings gave rise to; (a) character traits like strong religiosity, personal determination, patience to forbear, hopefulness, and peaceful acceptance of current circumstance; (b) relationships, in the sense of meaningful strong bonds within family members and the instinctive personal resourcefulness to utilize support resources within and outside of their communities; (c) learned skills after migraing to korea; (d) knowledge sets in how to get by in korea; (e) personal talents, and (f) extra abilities that gave power to pass socio-economic difficulties. The findings underscore the importance of considering the strength-based approach either in discussing resilience or intervention. Our approach will allow practitioners to acknowledge that refugees and asylum seekers potentially have a unique set of strengths and abilities that they rely on to overcome their immediate and future problems. It will also guide practitioners as they devise their intervention schemes.

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic autoimmune disorder characterized by progressive joint deterioration; Furthermore, RA can also affect body tissues, including the skin, eyes, lungs, heart and blood vessels. The early stages of RA can be difficult to diagnose because the signs and symptoms mimic those of many other diseases. It is not known exactly what triggers the onset of RA and how to cure the disease. But recent discoveries indicate that remission of symptoms is more likely when treatment begins early with strong medications known as disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs (DMARDs). Tumor necrosis factor (TNF) inhibitors are typical examples of biotherapies that have been developed for RA. The substances may occur naturally in the body or may be made in the laboratory. Other biological therapies care biological response modifiers (BRMs)such as monoclonal antibodies, interferon, interleukin-2 (IL-2) and a protein binder using repeat units. These substances play significant anti-inflammatory roles. Proteins with recurrent, conserved amino acid stretches mediate interactions among proteins for essential biological functions; for example, ankyrin (ANK), Heat repeat protein (HEAT), armadillo repeat protein (ARM) and tetratricopeptide repeats (TPR). Here, we describe Leucine rich repeats (LRR) that ideally fold together to form a solenoid protein domain and is more applicable to our current study than the previously mentioned examples. Although BRMs have limitations in terms of immunogenicity and effector functions, among other factors, in the context therapeutic use and for proteomics research, We has become clear that repeat-unit-derived binding proteins will increasingly be used in biotechnology and medicine.

Purpose: Purpose: The National Safety Experience Center Establishment and Reinforcement Project Management Guidelines, established to build a national safety experience center that is central to practicing education on disasters and safety accidents, requires that appropriate experience training programs be in place. However, due to the lack of classification grounds for the six areas of disaster•safety accidents presented by the Ministry of Public Administration and Security, and the mortality statistics necessary for establishing sectors have accumulated for over a decade, they are based on this. Our purpose is to standardize classification of sectors belonging to each area. Methods: We will divide disaster•safety accidents into 6 areas by three steps, and the grounds for 6 areas of accidents are presented. The 15 external causes other than the disease since 2009 has been proposed by The National Statistical Office. Therefore on the basis of these causes, various sectors belonging to each area are classified. Results: We will divide all disaster•safety accidents into six areas through three logical separation stages, and the areas were systematically classified based on the 15 factors of death. In conclusion, we present the grounds for the classification criteria in the six areas, the transportation accident disaster area in three areas, the social infrastructure system area in four areas, the crime accident disaster area in four areas, the life safety accident area in four areas, we set up all disaster•safety accidents in six areas and finally standardize total 25 areas.

As ICT technology develops rapidly and social and consumer interactions require more knowledge of the technology, the interest for baby boomers' ICT technology acceptance is increasing as they age. However, previous studies have limitations as they lack a systematic and in-depth understanding of this phenomenon in which the emerging elderly population embraces emerging technology. To overcome this limitation, this study carried out a phenomenological study on baby boomers' ICT technology acceptance. In addition, since existing studies have just simply listed variables or proved the relationship between a few variables, this study aimed to find the relationship between variables by analyzing the data obtained through semi-structured interviews. Through this procedure, it was aimed to construct conceptual model which illustrates the relationships between variables so that understanding the phenomenon of baby boomers' acceptance of ICT technology with a holistic view could be possible. The ten variables suggested by Lee & Coughlin (2015) that cover multiple sides of baby boomers' technology acceptance were used. As a result, we found that there is a sequential relationship between these variables and different agents can be related to each variable in sequence. Also, from an ecological perspective, we analyzed baby boomers and their surroundings to find agents involved in this phenomenon.

In this study, we attempted to identify the personality traits that influence one's likelihood to stalk an ex-partner on Facebook. Specifically, we focused on self-concept-related traits, given that the motivations for using social network sites (SNS) are highly associated with the concept of self. These include self-esteem, narcissism, and self-efficacy. To assess these factors, we controlled for extraneous variables while assessing the predictive power of personality traits, such as Facebook usage, length of the relationship, and time since the break-up. The results of a self-administered, web-based survey (N=207) showed that self-esteem, narcissism, and self-efficacy are all traits that can predict the stalking of an ex-partner on Facebook. More specifically, we showed a negative association between self-esteem and one's likelihood to stalk an ex-partner on Facebook, while it showed positive relationships between Facebook stalking and both narcissism and self-efficacy.

This paper is the author's personal experience and interpretation as a student whilst participating in Professor Kyung-Sook Shin's English Literature graduate course, "Literature and Technology II: Feminisms and Digital Humanities," during the 2019 spring semester at Yonsei University, South Korea. Exploring the intersections of literary feminist theory and digital humanities, this paper examines not only the content, but also the methodology and political effects of collaboratively digitally annotating Elizabeth Barrett Browning's epic novel/poem, Aurora Leigh (1856) through the medium, Google Docs. In particular, this paper observes the students' interaction with the digital tools and literature-related pedagogy in two main parts. First, the democratic political nature of classroom culture when creating a new language/code during annotation. Second, the coexistence of cyberspace and the physical classroom space and its effect on time, specifically in the archival of the past, influencing of the future, and the splitting into the present multiverse. From a student's perspective in digital literary annotation, this paper shows that technology could become a way to decolonize and reprogram education to be more inclusive and collaborative.

The inference for this research was concentrated on client's data protection in cloud computing i.e. data storages protection problems and how to limit unauthenticated access to info by developing access control model then accessible preparations were introduce after that an access control model was recommend. Cloud computing might refer as technology base on internet, having share, adaptable authority that might be utilized as organization by clients. Compositely cloud computing is software's and hardware's are conveying by internet as a service. It is a remarkable technology get well known because of minimal efforts, adaptability and versatility according to client's necessity. Regardless its prevalence large administration, propositions are reluctant to proceed onward cloud computing because of protection problems, particularly client's info protection. Management have communicated worries overs info protection as their classified and delicate info should be put away by specialist management at any areas all around. Several access models were accessible, yet those models do not satisfy the protection obligations as per services producers and cloud is always under assaults of hackers and data integrity, accessibility and protection were traded off. This research presented a model keep in aspect the requirement of services producers that upgrading the info protection in items of integrity, accessibility and security. The developed model helped the reluctant clients to effectively choosing to move on cloud while considerate the uncertainty related with cloud computing. -
In recent years, in order to enhance the problem-solving skills required by the industrial field, universities have introduced the Problem-Based Learning(PBL) method to solve the problems caused by the lack of creativity, problem solving ability and self-directed learning. This study applied PBL class methods such as 'learning based on individual specific problems', 'self-directed learning', and 'small-group learning of small members' to practical design of fashion design. To do this, I conducted a questionnaire after conducting research based on the PBL module for one semester in a practical class of fashion design major at P University. As a result of the survey, the satisfaction and achievement of the class conducted by PBL learning method was improved than the existing teaching method. As such, if PBL class is used as a way of solving problems through close communication between professors and learners, it is expected to be established as a learner-centered education method that can improve creativity and professionalism.

Due to the development of video and optical technology today, video equipments are being used in a variety of fields such as identification, security maintenance, and factory automation systems that generate products. In this paper, we investigate an algorithm that effectively recognizes an experimental object in an input image with a partial problem due to the mechanical problem of the input imaging device. The object recognition algorithm proposed in this paper moves and rotates the vertices constituting the outline of the experimental object to the positions of the respective vertices constituting the outline of the DB model. Then, the discordance values between the moved and rotated experimental object and the corresponding DB model are calculated, and the minimum discordance value is selected. This minimum value is the final discordance value between the experimental object and the corresponding DB model, and the DB model with the minimum discordance value is selected as the recognition result for the experimental object. The proposed object recognition method obtains satisfactory recognition results using only partial information of the experimental object.

This paper will read about a multichannel frequency-modulated continuous wave (FMCW) radar sensor with switching transmit (TX) antennas is developed at W-band. To achieve a high angular resolution, a uniform linear array consisting of 5 switching-TX and 12 receive (RX) antennas is employed with the digital beamforming technique. The overall radar front-end module comprises a W-band transceiver and TX/RX antennas. A multichannel transceiver module consists of 5 up-conversion and 12 down-conversion channels, where one of the TX channels is sequentially switched ON. For developing transmitter, we developed an HPA (high power amplified) MMIC chip for W-band radar system and fabricated a transmitter module using this chip. In order to develop the W-band transmitter, we analyzed the important antenna transition structure from HPA MMIC line to W/G (Waveguide)antenna via M/S(microstrip) and fabricated it with 5 transmission channels. As a result, the output power of the transmitter was within 1 dB of the error range after analysis and measurement under normal temperature and environmental conditions. -
In this paper, watermark embedding technique was proposed to securely conceal the watermark in color cover image by applying the spatial encryption technique. The embedded watermak can be extracted from stego-image without loss. The quality of the stego-image is very good. So it is not possible to visually distinguish the difference between the original cover image and the stego-image. The validity of the proposed technique was verified by mathematical analysis. The proposed watermark embedding technique can be used for intellectual property protection, military, and medical applications that require high security.

Harvested de-astringent persimmon 'Fuyu' were treated with various lighting sources under low (3℃) and high (22℃) temperatures. The weight loss rate of fruits was lower in those with Red LED than Fluorescence and Blue LED under both temperature conditions. Hardness and soluble solid content of fruits were higher in those with 3℃ / Blue LED or mixed LED (Blue+Red LEDs). Beta-carotene and lycopene content of fruit peel were higher in those with 3℃ than 22℃ and with Red LED or light sources with mixed red wavelength under both temperatures. When the fruits treated with light and temperature were stored for 4 days under 3℃ / dark condition, the hardness of the fruits did not significant difference among the treatments. Taken together all the results, it would be best to treat it light sources mixed red wavelength under 3℃.

The apparent soil resistivity is used for estimating multilayer soil parameters, such as, layer's depth and soil resistivity. The soil parameters are estimated by continuously revising those parameters until the error between the measured and calculated apparent soil resistivity reaches to allowable level. The equation for calculating the apparent soil resistivity is complicated and time consumed, because it is composed of an infinite integral which includes a zero order Bessel's function of the first kind. In this paper, a fast algorithm for calculating the apparent soil resistivity of horizontal multilayer earth structure is proposed using exponential sampling method.

Neural networks have been reborn as a Deep Learning thanks to big data, improved processor, and some modification of training methods. Neural networks used to initialize weights in a stupid way, and to choose wrong type activation functions of non-linearity. Weight initialization contributes as a significant factor on the final quality of a network as well as its convergence rate. This paper discusses different approaches to weight initialization. MNIST dataset is used for experiments for comparing their results to find out the best technique that can be employed to achieve higher accuracy in relatively lower duration.

As social network service platforms grow and one-person media market expands, people upload their own photos and/or videos through multiple open platforms. However, it can be illegal to upload the digital contents containing the faces of others on the public sites without their permission. Therefore, many people are spending much time and effort in editing such digital contents so that the faces of others should not be exposed to the public. In this paper, we propose an automatic face hiding system called 'autoblur', which detects all the unregistered faces and mosaic them automatically. The system has been implemented using the GitHub MIT open-source 'Face Recognition' which is based on deep learning technology. In this system, two dozens of face images of the user are taken from different angles to register his/her own face. Once the face of the user is learned and registered, the system detects all the other faces for the given photo or video and then blurs them out. Our experiments show that it produces quick and correct results for the sample photos.

In this paper, we propose an efficient method for AR toolkit Vuforia. In order to increase the scan rate when using the 3D object scanner, the scan rate parameters need to be analyzed in terms of the angle and distance. In addition, in order to increase the tracking rate when tracking an object, the tracking rate has to be evaluated according to the position, complexity, and contrast of the object. To this end, we have defined the difference of scan rate according to angle and distance between camera and object when using object scanner and the recognition time according to object's position, complexity and contrast when tracking object.

When one enters a space, perceives the material geometry of that space. Walking inside buildings or across the city is generating a geometry of moving bodies that fills the space. These two geometries coexist: a static geometry of the space and an invisible one of the moving bodies. The space that we actually experience, whether interior or exterior, is a continuous network of voids. Individuals' movement will fill the network of voids that we understand as "the city". Our environment of voids and borders is organized by the means of architecture and urbanism. The geometry generated by motion affects both the limits and the voids, thus space can be defined by the tandem of the moving bodies and their environment. We propose in this study a mean of investigating users' movement and thus understanding the qualities of space while introducing the concept of space scores as analytical maps and design tools.

Nowadays, as the availability of tiny, low-cost microcomputer increases at a high level, mobile robots are experiencing remarkable enhancements in hardware design, software performance, and connectivity advancements. In order to control Turtlebot 2, several algorithms have been developed using the Robot Operating System(ROS). However, ROS requires to be run on a high-cost computer which increases the hardware cost and the power consumption to the robot. Therefore, design an algorithm based on low-cost hardware is the most innovative way to reduce the unnecessary costs of the hardware, to increase the performance, and to decrease the power consumed by the computer on the robot. In this paper, we present a path-finding algorithm for TurtleBot 2 based on low-cost hardware. We implemented the algorithm using Raspberry pi, Windows 10 IoT core, and RPLIDAR A2. Firstly, we used Raspberry pi as the alternative to the computer employed to handle ROS and to control the robot. Raspberry pi has the advantages of reducing the hardware cost and the energy consumed by the computer on the robot. Secondly, using RPLIDAR A2 and Windows 10 IoT core which is running on Raspberry pi, we implemented the path-finding algorithm which allows TurtleBot 2 to navigate from the starting point to the destination using the map of the area. In addition, we used C# and Universal Windows Platform to implement the proposed algorithm. -

As AI technology is recently introduced into various fields, it is being applied to the fashion field. This paper proposes a system for recommending cody clothes suitable for a user's selected clothes. The proposed system consists of user app, cody recommendation module, and server interworking of each module and managing database data. Cody recommendation system classifies clothing images into 80 categories composed of feature combinations, selects multiple representative reference images for each category, and selects 3 full body cordy images for each representative reference image. Cody images of the representative reference image were determined by analyzing the user's preference using Google survey app. The proposed algorithm classifies categories the clothing image selected by the user into a category, recognizes the most similar image among the classification category reference images, and transmits the linked cody images to the user's app. The proposed system uses the ResNet-50 model to categorize the input image and measures similarity using ORB and HOG features to select a reference image in the category. We test the proposed algorithm in the Android app, and the result shows that the recommended system runs well. -
Wind speed data constitute important weather information for aircrafts flying at low altitudes, such as drones. Currently, the accuracy of low altitude wind predictions is much lower than that of high-altitude wind predictions. Deep neural networks are proposed in this study as a method to improve wind speed forecast information. Deep neural networks mimic the learning process of the interactions among neurons in the brain, and it is used in various fields, such as recognition of image, sound, and texts, image and natural language processing, and pattern recognition in time-series. In this study, the deep neural network model is constructed using the wind prediction values generated by the numerical model as an input to improve the wind speed forecasts. Using the ground wind speed forecast data collected at the Boseong Meteorological Observation Tower, wind speed forecast values obtained by the numerical model are compared with those obtained by the model proposed in this study for the verification of the validity and compatibility of the proposed model.
